ASTT90 Wrapped Bronze with thru holes Series - Metric

The ASTT90 Series is derived from AST090 bearings and similarly are wrapped of a cold formable homogenous bronze (CuSn8). The major difference is that the AST090 Series’ indentations on the sliding surface are replaced by through-holes This allows the ASTT90 Series to have a greater capacity to collect the lubricant compared with the indentations. These through holes serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrication film in the startup movement and subsequently reduce the startup friction. The wrapped bronze material is suitable for the construction and agriculture industries where high load and slow movement are occurring. The bushing surface of the ASTT90 is reduced by 15% in consideration of the through-holes.
