Since the outbreak of the coronavirus earlier this year, AST Bearings has taken steps to adjust our incoming schedules and worked tirelessly with our key partners around the world to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained for our customers. We are pleased to confirm that our efforts have been successful, and we do not anticipate any disruptions in our supply chain.

However, AST Management continues to assess potential future-state scenarios that could affect on-time delivery and our ability to meet customer needs. These include constrained resources, as well as potential government containment actions that would restrict our activities and interstate commerce.

As a countermeasure, we strongly recommend reviewing your inventory requirements for the next 6 months and consider accepting early deliveries. We can then work together to adjust delivery schedules once the situation improves and a level of certainty has been restored. For now, we feel it is better to be proactive while we have the ability and resources available.
